These Terms of Service govern your use of the FoodieKids website (foodiekids.ca), operated by The Foodie Project Inc. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Services

FoodieKids provides school hot lunch catering programs in Metro Vancouver. This website is used for informational purposes, to showcase our services, and to allow schools and organizations to contact us about setting up a hot lunch program.

3. Contact Form

When you submit a contact form on our website, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to make inquiries on behalf of your organization. We will use this information solely to respond to your inquiry.

4. Food Service Terms

Specific terms for our food service programs are agreed upon separately between FoodieKids and each participating school or organization. General conditions include:

  • Order deadlines: Orders must be placed by Wednesday midnight the week before delivery. No exceptions.
  • Cancellations: Orders can only be changed or cancelled before the Wednesday midnight deadline.
  • Allergens: While we offer a nut-free menu, we are not a nut-free or gluten-free facility. Cross-contamination is possible.
  • Cutlery: FoodieKids does not provide cutlery with food orders. Schools should arrange reusable cutlery.
  • Special orders: We do not have the ability to create special or customized orders for individual dietary needs.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of The Foodie Project Inc. and is protected by Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.

6. Website Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability
